Refusing Sex, Women France Men Killed Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur - A Malaysian man charged with killing a French woman for refusing to have sex. 36-year-old man was threatened with the death penalty if convicted.

Stephanie Foray, a 30-year-old woman, lost in Malaysia in May. French tourist's body was later found in a cave on the resort island of Tioman earlier this month.

Victims and suspects named Asni Omar were drinking together on the island. The victim was killed after refusing sex with local entrepreneurs.

That was said by police sources as reported by Malaysian newspaper, the New Straits Times and reported by AFP on Tuesday (08/23/2011).

By the courts in the City Week, Asni charged with murder. Attorney Amalina Zainal Mokhtar said, Asni threatened hanged if found guilty.

Foray arrived in Malaysia on May 5 and disappeared shortly after boarding the ferry five days later to the island of Tioman. The woman had left France in November 2010 and then to the show on vacation to India, Sri Lanka before arriving in Malaysia.
